Breakfast Assam Black Tea

This is a great everyday tea. It's hearty and malty with a nice, bright taste. It's great by itself or with milk and sugar. This is our first choice for using as a base tea for chai.

INGREDIENTS: black tea

Brewing Instructions:  1 tsp – 8 oz water – 212 degree F (boiling) – steep 3 minutes
